For the next two weeks, my fellow classmates and I are studying the cardiovascular system in Pathophysiology and Pharmacology class. The exam will likely be a tough one, because 1) our instructor is a nurse whose expertise is in cardiology, and 2) the heart is a complex organ of chambers and muscles and electricity.

Here is a video by Hard ‘n Phirm: the comedic duo Chris Hardwick and Mike Phirman  (Get it? Pretty clever). Their music is nerdy cool. Here is “El Corazón”, a song so brilliantly performed, if you didn’t know Spanish (or couldn’t read the subtitles), you wouldn’t know that it was a science song. Check it out:
